Dear Sir and/or Madam:
I would appreciate recieving any information you may have regarding starting your program in Minnesota – if one hasn’t been started by now. Specifically, I am interested in juvenile offenders as we are seeing a steady growth in juvenile offenders being sent to facilities for “rehabiliation.” Thanks,
Meg
I heard a story about this program yesterday on the NPR program Hear & Now. It seems like a very worthy project and I do hope that it can change lives for the better. My question is (as it is for all programs that “benefit” felons) what is being done for the victims of these felons? Would they not benefit from such a program as well? I would appreciate a response.
